I was laid off in July and have sent my resume out over 600 times to various companies and job sites and received 2 phone interviews and nothing else. I’ve been a manager for over fifteen years with bonuses and promotions and now I cant even get a response. I’ve even put on my recent resume “I will consider non managerial postion” and still have received no offers or considerations. Any suggestions I am out of ideas. I’ve changed my resume several times and hired headhunters and nothing seems to work.
